It is intuitive way to manage your files, and you can quickly find or see what you were working recently or on specific dates. you can view your files by day, week, month or a year in a list view, and also added in your Google Calendar events.
Other highly useful feature of the program are its customizable filetypes filters, label tagging, and the ability to open files directly from the grid.(note:few instances where some linked Google Docs returned an error in the browser when trying to open them, but otherwise the file opener worked fine.)
